The Housing Vermont development team works in conjunction with our local partners and investors to provide the highest quality affordable housing. Through the use of a multitude of funding sources, comprised mostly of Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Housing Vermont has provided to date over 4,000 units in 131 projects.
As Vermont’s largest developer of affordable housing with a 20-year track record, Housing Vermont has created a recipe for success. Drawing on that experience, Housing Vermont is able to help local non-profits, cities and towns, community action groups, and housing agencies to develop, and rehabilitate sorely needed housing and frequently meet other community development needs.
